Bruce is extremely knowledgeable about this area and about the condition and systems in houses.  When we would walk through a property, I learned so much about it by his commentary, both the current condition and the potential for modifications in the property.   He was extremely supportive of me,  encouraging me to look at a house as many times as I needed to to make a decision - no pressure.  Similarly when it was time to make an offer, he provided realistic information ("comps") to help me make a reasonable offer.  He followed up on endless details leading up to the closing.  And after it was all said and done, out of the blue he contacted me a number of times, asking how I was settling in and what I had done with my new home!
